    Hi,
    Nice blog !
    Just I have receive my DS1102E ; its a great scope :)
    Do you know where I can see/download the last firmware ?
    I can’t see it on Rigol Web site.

    You can’t :-(
    You have to contact Rigol and providing them with your serial number and hardware version. Goto Utility->HW Info (Can’t really remember the exact names) on your scope and ask them for the newest firmware. It you want to help, then please post the firmware version name they send to you along with your hardware version. Then we will be able to keep track on firmware versions.

    On a side note: I wrote Rigol a weeks ago about making firmware downloads accessable on there webside. The answer was “we have that in pipeline” but they havn’t done that yet as you just found out.

    Rigol is a great scope and I am really happy with it but the company REALLY lack all kind of support. They really suck at it.

    Another thing: If it starts to “behave” then reflash it. It usually helps.
