Goto Utility->HW Info (Can't really remember the exact names) on your scope and ask them for the newest firmware. It you want to help, then please post the firmware version name they send to you along with your hardware version. Then we will be able to keep track on firmware versions. On a side note: I wrote Rigol a weeks ago about making firmware downloads accessable on there webside. The answer was "we have that in pipeline" but they havn't done that yet as you just found out. I picked this webcam up for 8 bucks at a store called XS Cargo, and it didn't come with any documentation, and there was no brand name to be found anywhere on the packaging.
